Special Guest Instructor
Danielle C. Wyckoff is an artist and educator who has worked with papermaking for several years, creating papers on which to draw, papers for books, and papers for large-scale installations. Wyckoff earned her BA in Art and English and her MA in English from Georgia College. She holds an MFA in Studio Art: Printmaking from Ohio University and was the studio manager and artist-in-residence at the Paper Circle in Nelsonville, Ohio. She currently teaches at Kendall College of Art and Design and often daydreams of dispersing fibers in vats and couching formed sheets from moulds and deckles. |
During the Spring 2015 Workshop, youth from Grandville Avenue Arts & Humanities worked on paper-making process and the use of hand-made paper for artworks, utilizing the Hollander beater and the printmaking studio at Kendall College of Art & Design.
